OUR STORY
How we started
It all started with a mini owl obsession. growing up on a farm the wisdom and beauty of owls always intriqued me, never mind their "arty-farty" value. But this story truly starts in 2012.....
In the winter of 2012, my kids, my husband and I were sitting around the 'kaggel' chatting while I played around with some scrap material. The end product, of course, was an owl. a precious creature who inspired a creative adventure. He still isn't quite complete, with a missing foot and droopy heart, but he was the first and he still graces our family couch.
Our creations have grown and evolved tremendously and more and more have been added. However we try to keep the authentic, individual, truly South African feel to each of our treasures and not one ever looks exactly the same as another.
